Rich Wilson
An intense passion for music and years in the East Coast Reggae scene, Rich is a co-founder of East Rock Roots, involved in the organization of One Earth Reggae Fest, and an affiliate of Movement Moves Media. Looking back on his early years as an artist, Rich founded Rebel Sounds Rising to help empower independent artists and grow their brand and outreach.

Host of "All My Friends Have Dreads," podcast. A dynamic leader and creative strategist with proven expertise in studio production, marketing, and audience engagement. Known for blending sharp musical literacy with innovative problem‑solving, he brings both technical precision and visionary direction to every project. His ability to analyze song structure, rhythm, and bass lines translates seamlessly into crafting layered narratives and immersive experiences.

With over 20 years shaping purpose-driven events — from mission-focused community gatherings to large-scale music and arts festivals — I thrive at the intersection of creativity, culture, and impact.

I love turning raw ideas into fully realized experiences: booking talent, curating lineups, building partnerships, managing logistics, and leading teams to pull off unforgettable moments. Whether it’s a festival stage, an immersive arts activation, or an intimate donor experience, I bring flow, structure, and soul to every project.
